All items are final sale and ineligible for refund/return or exchange. We will offer a refund for defective items ONLY, but not because you didn't enjoy the flavour/texture of the product. This is a polarizing product and we HIGHLY recommend trying a single bar sample before purchasing a larger quantity. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
LEAD TIME
We aim to always have stock on hand and ready to go out as soon as an order is placed. If for some reason we run out of MEAT bars and a new order is placed before we could adjust stock levels we will inform the client immediately and either refund their purchase or give them an ETA on when new stock will be ready.
We operate from a farm and therefore we are not in town to send orders out every single day atm. Orders will be couriered every Monday & Thursday, so if you place an order on a Thursday it will then be couriered the coming Monday.
COURIER
We make use of The Courier Guy for all our courier needs. Courier options are PUDO locker, TCG Kiosk or delivery to your door via The Courier Guy.
Delivery can take anything from 3-5 working days depending on where you are situated. We courier all parcels from Standerton, MP. Delivery to Gauteng usually only takes 1-2 days where deliveries to the Cape can take up to 5 working days.
Clients will receive an email with tracking nr after order has been processed and couriered.
